Patti
Page,
Tennessee
Changing
Partners、I Went to Your Wedding、以及Hush,Hush,
Sweet Charlotte
Patti Page 1999年以專輯「Live at Carnegie
Hall:The 50th Anniversary Concert」
The Tennessee Waltz
I was dancing with my
darling to the Tennessee Waltz
When an old friend I
happened to see
I introduced her to my loved one
And while they were dancingI introduced her to my loved one
My friend stole my sweetheart from me
I remember the night and the Tennessee Waltz
Now I know just how much I have lost
Yes, I lost my little darling
The night they were playing the beautiful Tennessee Waltz
Change Partner
We were waltzing together to a dreamy melody
When they called out
'Change Partners.'
And you waltzed away
from me.
Now my arms feel so
empty as I gaze around the floor.
and I'll keep on
changing partners,
Till I hold you once
more!
Though we danced for
one moment and too soon we had to part.
In that wonderful
moment something happened to my heart!
I'll keep changing
partners till you're in my arms and then,
Oh! My darling I will
never change partners again.

The Doggy In The Window
How much is that doggie in the window (arf, arf)
The one with the waggley tail
How much is that doggie in
the window (arf, arf)
I do hope that doggie's
for sale
I must take a trip to
California
And leave my poor
sweetheart alone
If he has a dog he won't
be lonesome
And the doggie will have
a good home
How much is that doggie
in the window (arf, arf)
The one with the waggley
tail
How much is that doggie
in the window (arf, arf)
I do hope that doggie's
for sale
I read in the papers
there are robbers (roof, roof)
With flashlights that
shine in the dark
My love needs a doggie to
protect him
And scare them away with
one bark
I don't want a bunny or a
kitty
I don't want a parrot
that talks
I don't want a bowl of
little fishies
He can't take a goldfish
for a walk
How much is that doggie
in the window (arf, arf)
The one with the waggley
tail
How much is that doggie
in the window (arf, arf)
I do hope that doggie's for sale
I went to your wedding
I went to your wedding
Although I was dreading The thought
of losing you
The organ was playing My poor heart
kept saying
"Your dreams, your dreams are through"
She came down the aisle, wearing a smile
A vision of loveliness
I uttered a sigh, whispered goodbye
Goodbye to my happiness
Your mother was crying Your father
was crying
And I was crying too The teardrops
were falling
Because we were losin' you
She came down the aisle, wearing a smile
A vision of loveliness
I uttered a sigh, then whispered goodbye
Goodbye to my happiness
Oh, your mother was crying Your
father was crying
And I was crying too
The teardrops were falling Because
we were losing you
